3D printing and part design

We print durable plastic parts from your file, or draw the part in CAD for you first. We design enclosures around electronics, print test pieces to check the fit, and make small batches when you need more than one.

What we build

  • Prints from your file

Send an STL, STEP or 3MF file. We check that it will print well and recommend the material.

  • Design and print

From a sketch, measurements, a photo or the broken original, we model the part in CAD and print it.

  • Electronics enclosures

Cases for boards, sensors and cameras, with cutouts, mounting points and vents where they belong.

  • Short production runs

Small batches of fixtures, jigs, brackets and replacement parts, printed the same way every time.

Our printers

  • Bambu Lab P2S with AMS 2

Bambu Lab P2S with AMS 2

Our main printer: an enclosed, fast printer with an automatic material system that loads up to four filaments, for multi-color parts and quick material changes.

  • FlashForge Creator Pro

    FlashForge Creator Pro

An enclosed dual-extruder printer for a second material in the same part, and for running two jobs at once.

Questions we hear often

What files can you print from?
STL, STEP and 3MF files. If you don't have a file, we can draw one from a sketch, measurements, photos or the original part.
Which materials do you use?
PLA for prototypes and indoor parts, PETG for tougher everyday parts, ABS or ASA for heat and outdoor use, and TPU for flexible parts. We recommend one based on how the part will be used.
Can you print more than one?
Yes. We print short runs of the same part with the same settings and material, and keep the file so reorders match.
What does it cost?
Each part is quoted on its size, material and quantity. Send us the file or a description and we'll quote it.
